According to the Central News Agency, the Ministry of Economic Affairs approved four investment projects on the 29th. Lingsen Precision, a semiconductor packaging and testing firm, will invest approximately NT$600 million to build new production lines in Taichung to expand capacity for flash memory and MEMS. Microprogram Information will build an R&D center in Taichung to focus on AIoT solutions. Yi-Yao, a food importer, will invest NT$520 million to build a smart factory in Dadu District. These investments are expected to boost Taiwan's industrial competitiveness and create jobs.
