Front Moves Away This Weekend; Typhoon Outer Bands to Bring Rain Starting June 1

The Central Weather Administration announced that the weather front will move away this weekend, leading to a decrease in moisture. However, residents in central and southern regions should remain alert for afternoon thunderstorms. Starting June 1, Typhoon Jangmi will approach, and its outer bands are expected to bring intermittent rain to Taiwan's windward areas. Temperatures are expected to range between 28°C and 33°C until June 2, with a rise expected from June 3, potentially reaching over 35°C in some areas. The typhoon is expected to move toward Japan afterward.
