Crude oil prices weakened today, falling to a six-week low as investors anticipate that the Strait of Hormuz may soon reopen. The price of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude for July delivery in the New York market fell 1.7% to close at $87.36 per barrel. In the London market, Brent crude for July delivery fell 1.8% to close at $92.05 per barrel.
