Three Detained After Brawl in Taipei's Wenshan District

TAIPEI, May 31 (CNA) - A brawl broke out in Taipei's Wenshan District early this morning after two men in their 30s, surnamed Zheng and Guo, attacked the home of a man in his 20s, surnamed Lu, following a drinking session. Lu fought back with a knife, resulting in Zheng suffering a chest wound. Police arrived quickly to control the scene and seized weapons, including a folding knife and aluminum bats. Zheng and Guo are being charged with assault and property damage, while Lu faces charges of attempted murder. Police are urging citizens to resolve disputes through legal channels rather than violence.
