Man Arrested for Stabbing Pedestrian Near Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall After Dispute

A stabbing incident occurred near the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Taipei on the 31st. A man surnamed Zeng, riding a bicycle, got into a dispute with a couple walking in an alley. During the argument, Zeng allegedly used a fruit knife to stab the man in the arm. Emergency services arrived and transported the victim to the hospital; he remains conscious. Police arrested Zeng at the scene and are investigating the incident.
