Central News Agency, Taipei, June 1. Taipei's Stork Fertility Clinic was searched by police today following suspicions of removed camera equipment. The director, surnamed Hsieh, and the site manager, surnamed Lin, were summoned for questioning. The Taipei District Prosecutors Office ordered them to pay NT$200,000 bail each on charges including privacy violations. A clinic representative stated they are cooperating with the investigation and will provide updates. On May 12, the Taipei Police Department, in coordination with the Health and Fire Departments, conducted a joint anti-voyeurism operation and discovered holes left by removed camera equipment at the clinic, leading to the current investigation. The director and manager were questioned for two hours before being released on bail.
