Water levels in Tainan's major dams have declined, causing the suspension of tourist boat operations at Wushantou Dam. The Water Resources Agency (WRA) stated that support from Kaohsiung's river water is sufficient to maintain stable supply through the end of June. The total storage of the three major dams is approximately 73.38 million cubic meters. The WRA Director noted that the region is in a critical transition period from the dry season to the wet season, and water allocation is being managed cautiously. Tainan's Mayor has called for water conservation, while the city continues to utilize reclaimed water and drought-resistant wells to enhance supply resilience.
