Registration is required via the official website. Additionally, a 'Democratic Food Truck Market' will be held in the South Garden, showcasing Taiwanese snacks. Various exhibitions, including those focused on the 1996 election, will be open for viewing. Visitors must enter through the security checkpoints at Baoqing and Bo'ai Roads.
