Hualien Summer Carnival Kicks Off July 1st with Five Major Music Parties

The Hualien Summer Carnival, a major music event on the east coast, will be held from July 1 to 5 at Hualien Dongdamen Plaza. This year, the event features five themed music parties covering pop, K-pop, family-friendly, original, and international music. The first wave of 20 artists has been announced. Hualien County Magistrate Hsu Chen-wei stated that the carnival is a key brand for promoting urban tourism and Asian music exchange. Starting June 5, a competition will be held to provide a stage for local Hualien musicians.
