Central News Agency (Taipei, June 2) - The Judicial Yuan's Personnel Review Committee resolved today to transfer Chiu Chih-ping, President of the Kinmen Branch of the Fujian High Court, to the Disciplinary Court as a judge, with Taiwan High Court Judge Liu Fang-tzu succeeding him. Additionally, Chen Chun-pi, President of the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court, was transferred to the Disciplinary Court as a judge, with Supreme Court Judge Cheng Chun-hui succeeding him. Furthermore, Huang Chieh-ju, President of the Miaoli District Court, was transferred to be President of the Taoyuan District Court; Yu Wen-ko, President of the Fujian Lienchiang District Court, was transferred to be President of the Miaoli District Court; Lee Chin-ching, a judge at the Taichung Branch of the Taiwan High Court, was transferred to be President of the Nantou District Court; and Fan Ming-ta, a judge at the Taiwan High Court, was transferred to be President of the Fujian Lienchiang District Court. The Personnel Review Committee also resolved to appoint Supreme Court Judge Lin Heng-chi as a Supreme Court Judge and Presiding Judge; and appointed Kao Yu-shun, Tsai Kuang-sheng, and Wu Kuan-ting—judges from the Taiwan High Court currently serving at the Supreme Court—as Supreme Court Judges. Lin Hsin-jung, a judge from the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court currently serving at the Supreme Administrative Court, along with Taipei High Administrative Court judges Hung Mu-fang and Hou Chih-jung, were appointed as Supreme Administrative Court Judges. The committee also resolved to appoint 14 judges, including Lin Tsui-hua, Wu Shu-hui, Shen Chia-yi, Chi Wen-hui, Chen Chien-yi, Wu Li-ying, Li Hui-ping, Yang Chih-hsiung, Lei Shu-wen, Wang Yao-hsing (all from the Taiwan High Court), Ko Chih-min (Taichung Branch), Li Chiu-ying (Tainan Branch), Lin Chia-sheng (Kaohsiung Branch), and Tsai Hui-ju (Intellectual Property and Commercial Court), to handle trial affairs at the Supreme Court. Huang Li-yun, President of the Taoyuan District Court, was appointed as a judge of the Taiwan High Court and will handle trial affairs at the Supreme Court in her new capacity. Lin Chia-hsien, a judge at the Taipei High Administrative Court, was transferred to handle trial affairs at the Supreme Administrative Court. The resolution also appointed seven judges—Chen Ju-ling, Wang Yi-wen, Kuan Ching-yi, Lin Yi-hsiu, Chang Yung-hung, Ho Chiao-mei (all from the Taiwan High Court currently at the Supreme Court), and Tsai Meng-shan (from the Tainan Branch currently at the Supreme Court)—as Taiwan High Court Judges and Presiding Judges. Lin Hui-chen (from the Taichung Branch currently at the Supreme Court) and Wang Mai-yang (President of the Nantou District Court) were appointed as Taichung High Court Judges and Presiding Judges. Li Chun-hao (from the Taipei High Administrative Court currently at the Supreme Administrative Court) and Chen Wen-tsan (from the Taichung High Administrative Court currently at the Supreme Administrative Court) were appointed as Taipei High Administrative Court Judges and Presiding Judges, and Lan Ya-ching (from the Tainan Branch currently at the Supreme Court) was appointed as a Taiwan High Court Judge.
