It is estimated that from 11 PM tonight, geomagnetic disturbance will significantly intensify, lasting for approximately 21 hours, with the maximum scale potentially reaching a moderate geomagnetic storm level. Satellite navigation, low-frequency and high-frequency radio communications may experience temporary interruptions.

The CWA under the Ministry of Transportation and Communications stated that two M-class and one X-class solar flare occurred in an active region on the sun's surface on the 3rd, all accompanied by significant coronal mass ejections. These are expected to pass through the near-Earth space environment around midnight tonight, causing a significant increase in solar wind density and speed in interplanetary space.

The CWA estimates that geomagnetic disturbance will significantly intensify and last for about 21 hours, with the maximum scale potentially briefly reaching a moderate geomagnetic storm level. Satellite navigation, low-frequency and high-frequency radio communications will experience temporary interruptions, and auroral activity could be visible at geomagnetic latitudes as low as 50 degrees.

Additionally, the CWA mentioned that some protective devices may trigger false alarms and require voltage correction. Some components on artificial satellites may experience charge accumulation, and the atmospheric drag on low-Earth orbit satellites will increase, requiring attitude corrections.
