The transaction amount is approximately US$32.8 million. Delta Electronics stated that the transaction was conducted through negotiation. On June 2, Delta Electronics debuted a prefabricated AI modular data center at the Taipei International Computer Show (COMPUTEX). This product is designed to support enterprise AI transformation and meet the urgent needs of AI data centers for high energy efficiency, high power, and high density.
