On the 1st, prosecutors and police summoned the clinic's director, surnamed Hsieh, and on-site manager, surnamed Lin, who were each released on NT$200,000 bail. On the 5th, prosecutors and police conducted searches at two locations of the clinic and summoned the chief physician, surnamed Lai, and the IT director, surnamed Chang, for questioning.

Following a series of suspected secret filming incidents at cosmetic clinics in early May, local health bureaus launched joint inspections. On May 12, the Taipei City Police Department, together with the Taipei City Health Bureau and Fire Department, conducted a special joint inspection project for secret filming. They discovered suspected holes left after the removal of camera equipment at the Taipei branch of the Stork Reproductive Center Clinic and reported the case to the Taipei District Prosecutors Office.

On the 1st, the Taipei District Prosecutors Office directed the Zhongshan Precinct of the Taipei City Police Department to search the Stork Reproductive Center Clinic with a court-issued warrant and summoned the clinic director, surnamed Hsieh, and on-site manager, surnamed Lin, for questioning.

After questioning, the prosecutor ordered the clinic director and on-site manager to be released on bail of NT$200,000 each on suspicion of violating sexual privacy, breach of secrecy, and the Personal Data Protection Act.

On the 5th, the Taipei District Prosecutors Office launched a second wave of investigative actions, directing the Zhongshan Precinct to search the Stork Reproductive Center Clinic locations in Taipei and Hsinchu with court-issued warrants, and summoned the chief physician, surnamed Lai, and the IT director, surnamed Chang, for questioning.
