Six Taichung Organizations Partner with Beverage Chain for 'Lan Star Charity Talent Show' to Encourage Receipt Donations

Members of the public could enter for free by donating six invoices, and the 500 seats were quickly filled.

The six major charitable organizations, including the Hong En Social Welfare Charity Foundation, partnered with Central District 50 Lan, a chain beverage operator, to hold the first Lan Star Charity Talent Show in the afternoon at the National Chung Hsing University Affiliated High School Auditorium. Performers included hoop artist Yang Shih-hao, fire dance and war drum expert Huang Li-peng, 'Wu Ling Ninja' Zheng Yong-cang, Jia Yi Guitar, Yunting Dance Academy, and Kaohsiung Drum Dojo.

Nurses from the Chiayi and Yunlin County Health Bureaus also joined Liao Shu-fen, Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Hong En Foundation, in donating invoices on the spot to gain entry to the talent show. The 500 seats at the venue were quickly filled.
