Market heavyweight TSMC rose NT$10 to close at NT$2,305.

Other heavyweight stocks at the close: Hon Hai Precision Industry rose NT$8 to NT$277.5, MediaTek hit the daily limit up at NT$4,475, Delta Electronics rose NT$160 to NT$2,415, and Largan Precision hit the daily limit up at NT$3,885.
