Miaoli County's Tai'an Township Suspends Work and Classes Due to Forecast Heavy Rain

As the predicted rainfall over the next 24 hours could affect traffic safety and poses a risk of landslides, Tai'an Township has suspended work and classes for one day today.

The Miaoli County Government stated that considerations for suspending work and classes take into account the different terrain, landforms, traffic conditions, and regional characteristics within the county. Authority is delegated to the mayors of each township and city to decide based on actual meteorological conditions.
