Kuwait announced on the 11th that it would temporarily close its airspace from 4:50 AM local time and divert flights to other airports, following an Iranian attack in the Middle East.

According to AFP, the Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority stated in a declaration: "This measure is in response to the attack by Iran on the State of Kuwait and the potential risks this poses to regional civil aviation."

"Airspace will be reopened and air traffic will return to normal once the situation has ended and the risk factors have been assessed and eliminated by the relevant authorities."
