A team of caring instructors composed of active China Airlines pilots and flight attendants will visit elementary schools. On June 23rd, they visited Baíji Elementary School in Taoyuan City as the first stop, guiding children to explore the world of aviation through lively and engaging interactive courses.
China Airlines stated that it regularly visits local schools to provide volunteer services, benefiting over a thousand students annually. By sharing aviation knowledge and providing basic English instruction, they aim to help students broaden their international horizons and inspire a spirit of proactive learning.
China Airlines explained that the courses are specifically designed for elementary school students, covering topics from the work scenarios of pilots and flight attendants, pre-flight preparations, in-flight missions, to basic flight safety concepts. Using fun and easy-to-understand self-made teaching materials combined with gamified Q&A sessions, they guide children to gradually understand the aviation industry and deepen their interest in learning.
China Airlines indicated that the volunteer team will subsequently visit Xihai Elementary School, Zhuwei Elementary School, Guolin Elementary School, and Shanfeng Elementary School in Taoyuan City to conduct aviation education courses, continuing to bring aviation knowledge and dreams of flight into schools.
