(CNA Taipei, June 29) Zhen Ding-KY, on behalf of its subsidiary Avary Singapore Private Limited, announced a capital increase for its subsidiary Peng Shen Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The transaction involves 11.97 million shares at 600 Thai Baht per share, totaling 7.182 billion Thai Baht.

Zhen Ding-KY stated that this is a long-term investment. Zhen Ding-KY, on behalf of its subsidiary Peng Ding International, also announced a capital increase for its subsidiary Avary Singapore Private Limited.

Zhen Ding-KY is the world's largest printed circuit board (PCB) company. In recent years, it has been actively recruiting talent for new factory expansions, including equipment maintenance technicians, process engineers, environmental project managers, and overseas positions. 1150629
