(CNA Taipei, June 30) The "2026 Life Writing Class," organized by the Taipei Reading and Writing Association, will begin in August. Taught by 15 writers, the course aims to help participants use words to create deep records of their lives.

According to a press release issued by the Taipei Reading and Writing Association today, the course is designed for students who wish to write about their daily experiences, emotional insights, family memories, and creative stories. It covers diverse aspects such as essays, novels, modern poetry, literary journalism, and film and television literature. The curriculum will systematically guide students through writing methods and submission strategies, with a special emphasis on a review mechanism for each assignment to help students continuously improve through practical application.

The press release stated that in an era where change is the norm, continuous learning and self-accumulation are increasingly important. Regardless of environmental shifts or the power and utility of AI, personally grounding oneself and calming thoughts through reading and writing remains a stable and profound force.

The "2026 Life Writing Class" will run from August 19 to November 25 (every Wednesday from 10 AM to 12 PM), for a total of 15 sessions. For registration inquiries, please visit the association's Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/TWLA2010. (Editor: Li Shu-hua) 1150630
