(Taipei, July 4, 2015 - CNA, New York) With the resumption of oil transportation in the Persian Gulf creating a supply surplus in a key global market region, trading was sluggish today, and crude oil prices remained mostly flat.
In the London market, September futures for Brent crude oil rose 0.4% to close at $72.12 per barrel.
In the New York market, August futures for West Texas Intermediate crude oil were priced at $68.78 per barrel. Due to the holiday, there was no settlement today. (Compiled by: Hsu Rui-cheng) 1150704
