Chuan Hu's Q2 Revenue Hits New Highs Month-Over-Month, Surpassing NT$4 Billion in June for the First Time

(CNA) Server slide manufacturer Chuan Hu announced today that its June revenue reached NT$4.442 billion, a significant year-on-year increase of 2.2 times and a 17.2% rise from May. This marks the first time its monthly revenue has surpassed the NT$4 billion mark, setting a new historical high. Chuan Hu's revenue for the second quarter and the first half of the year both set new historical records.

Chuan Hu's revenue for the second quarter was NT$10.83 billion, a 98.7% increase from the previous quarter and a 156% increase from the same period last year. This is the first time its quarterly revenue has exceeded NT$10 billion. Accumulated revenue for the first half of this year reached NT$16.279 billion, a year-on-year increase of 98.95%.

Chuan Hu stated that the high revenue growth this year is mainly due to the shipment of new products.

Benefiting from AI, Chuan Hu's spokesperson Wang Chun-chiang predicted at the investor conference in early May that Chuan Hu's operations in the second quarter would be "booming." Chuan Hu's Q2 revenue not only increased month-over-month but also surpassed important milestones of NT$2 billion, NT$3 billion, and NT$4 billion in April, May, and June, respectively.

Wang Chun-chiang previously stated that AI demand is strong and the market is continuously growing. Besides GPUs led by NVIDIA, the CPU and TPU markets are also emerging. Chuan Hu has been expanding in the server slide field for 20 years, branching out and maintaining excellent relationships with every client, with many orders gradually coming to fruition.

Chuan Hu's new plant in Houston, Texas, USA, is expected to begin mass production in September or October of this year.
