Lin Li to Start Consecutive Games, Physical Condition to Be Assessed Daily

In his first week back, he played on an alternating game-on, game-off basis to observe and adjust to the intensity of the top league. Lin Li was hampered by injuries and continued his recovery after last season. He missed the start of this season and only began playing in the second team in mid-June. He returned to the first team in July. At that time, head coach Tseng Hao-chu announced that during Lin Li's first week back in the first team, he would play on an alternating game-on, game-off basis for observation.

Lin Li's previous first-team appearance was on the 5th against the CTBC Brothers, where he went 4-for-4 with four hits and one stolen base. Before today's game, he had accumulated seven hits in 13 at-bats in the first team this season, showing good form.

Tseng Hao-chu explained that as Lin Li had just returned to the first team, the coaching staff wanted him to gradually adjust to the league's intensity. After observing him last week, they will begin scheduling Lin Li for consecutive games this week. Regarding how many consecutive games he will play, Tseng Hao-chu said it's not fixed and will depend on daily assessments of Lin Li's physical condition.

When asked if Lin Li's current condition is considered fully recovered, Tseng Hao-chu replied, "The injury is still there. It will get better with rest and treatment, but we need to continue observing whether consecutive games will affect it in the future."
