(Central News Agency reporter Huang Kuo-fang, Chiayi City, July 7) A man surnamed Lai was accused of attempting to forcibly kiss a foreign caregiver passing by on the roadside on the afternoon of March 13 this year, and also removed his pants and touched the caregiver's lower back with his stomach. The frightened caregiver sought help from a nearby store, and Lai fled. The Chiayi District Prosecutor's Office has concluded its investigation and indicted him on charges including forcible indecency.

The Chiayi District Prosecutor's Office stated that on March 13 at 2:45 PM, Lai was at the intersection of Yukan Road and Siwei South Road in Chiayi City. He saw a foreign caregiver passing by, suddenly approached her, grabbed her left shoulder, pulled off her mask, and attempted to forcibly kiss her.
