Typhoon Bavi Affects Ferry Services Between Dongyin and Nangan; Sailings Suspended From Noon on the 9th to the 12th

(CNA, Lienchiang County, July 8) Affected by Typhoon Bavi, the inter-island ferry "Nanbei Star No. 2" operating between Matsu Nangan and Dongyin will be suspended from July 9th to the 12th. Coupled with the suspension of the ferry "New Taima Star" from the 9th to the 11th, external transportation to Dongyin is expected to be interrupted from noon on the 9th until the 12th.

Shipping company Quan Gang Tong Navigation announced today that due to the approaching Typhoon Bavi and to ensure the safety of navigation and passengers, Nanbei Star No. 2 will be suspended from July 9th to the 12th. The ferry New Taima Star, which travels between Keelung, Dongyin, and Nangan, will be suspended from July 9th to the 11th.
