(CNA, Taipei, July 9) Due to the impact of Typhoon Bavi, the Maritime and Port Bureau announced that 114 sailings across 14 routes, including Keelung to Matsu, are expected to be canceled tomorrow.

According to observations by the Central Weather Administration, the center of Typhoon Bavi at 5 PM today was located at 19.0 degrees North latitude and 128.6 degrees East longitude, approximately 870 kilometers east-southeast of Eluanbi.

The Maritime and Port Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications stated today that tomorrow, 114 sailings across 14 routes are projected to be canceled. These routes include Keelung-Matsu, Nangan Fuao-Fuzhou Langqi, Beigan Baisha-Fuzhou Huangqi, Kinmen-Shijing, Kinmen-Wutong, Fugang-Green Island, Green Island-Chenggong, Fugang-Lanyu, Lanyu-Green Island, Houbihu-Lanyu, Kaohsiung-Magong, Budai-Magong, Donggang-Xiaoliuqiu, and Yanpu-Xiaoliuqiu.
