According to the Central Weather Administration's latest forecast, from 8 PM tonight to 8 PM tomorrow, the accumulated rainfall in the next 24 hours is projected to be highest in the plains of New Taipei City, ranging from 150 to 250 millimeters, followed by Taoyuan City and Yilan County, with 100 to 190 millimeters. In mountainous areas, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, and Yilan County are expected to receive the most, between 150 to 250 millimeters, followed by Taipei City and Hsinchu County, with 100 to 190 millimeters.

Additionally, over the next nearly four days, from today to the 12th, the total rainfall in plains areas is expected to be highest in New Taipei City, ranging from 500 to 700 millimeters, followed by Hsinchu County and Miaoli County, with 400 to 600 millimeters, Yilan County with 350 to 500 millimeters, and Taoyuan City, Taichung City, and Nantou County with 300 to 500 millimeters.

For the total rainfall in mountainous areas over the next nearly four days, the most significant amounts are predicted for New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu County, and Miaoli County, ranging from 600 to 900 millimeters. This will be followed by Taichung City and Nantou County, with 500 to 800 millimeters, and Taipei City, Chiayi County, Kaohsiung City, Pingtung County, and Yilan County, with 400 to 600 millimeters. Yunlin County is expected to receive 300 to 500 millimeters.

Regarding wind force, tomorrow is when Typhoon Bavi will still be approaching. It is estimated that during the first half of tomorrow, Penghu County will experience the most significant strong gusts of 8 to 9 on the Beaufort scale. The coastal areas of western Taiwan, eastern Taiwan, and Yilan will see gradually increasing winds during the first half of tomorrow, with gusts strengthening from level 5 to 6 to level 7 to 8.
