Dragon Team to Appear at 'SKM Asia Music Festival' at Taipei Dome, Pre-sales Exceed 60,000 Tickets

The CPBL's Wei Chuan Dragons today released a press statement announcing the 'SKM Asia Music Festival' will be held at Taipei Dome from July 31 to August 2, bringing together five top-tier bands and idol singers from Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan. Pre-sales for the three-day event have already surpassed 60,000 tickets.

From July 31 to August 2, the Dragons will host the CTBC Brothers at Taipei Dome as their home team, launching the 'SKM Asia Music Festival' sponsored by SKM Life Insurance, a subsidiary of Taishin SKM Financial Holdings. The festival breaks musical boundaries with a dream lineup of Golden Melody Award-winning artists and top idol groups from Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea across three consecutive days.

On July 31, global K-pop sensation Apink will kick off the festival with their magical, sweet stage presence and chart-topping hits, igniting the summer energy at Taipei Dome.

August 1 features a double headliner: Mandopop star Lin Yu-chien will perform with his deeply emotional and uniquely identifiable vocals, followed by the rising K-pop boy group NCT WISH, delivering a vibrant and high-energy stage performance.

The August 2 finale features legendary Japanese rock band Do As Infinity, beloved by anime and rock fans, delivering an impassioned live set of classic hits. Closing the festival in spectacular fashion is iconic second-generation K-pop girl group KARA, making a surprise appearance to perform their globally celebrated signature songs.

In addition to the premium audiovisual experience, the Wei Chuan Dragons are offering a limited-time 'Cheer Gift Pack' available only on these three days. Fans holding tickets to designated sections on the day (including full-price, half-price, disability, and companion tickets) can receive exclusive, collectible merchandise for free upon entry.

On July 31, fans with B1 infield full-section tickets will receive one 'City Cheer T-shirt'; those with B1 or L2 infield tickets will also receive one cheer light stick. On August 1, B1 infield full-section ticket holders will receive one 'Theme Jersey T-shirt', while all full infield ticket purchasers will receive one limited-edition 'Cheer Hand Light'. On the final day, August 2, B1 infield full-section ticket holders will receive one 'Theme T-shirt', and all full infield ticket buyers will receive one 'Limited Cheer Hand Light'.
