Mother Indicted for Exposing Two Sons to Amphetamines

A woman surnamed Xin in Taichung was indicted by the Taichung District Prosecutors Office for impairing the development of minors. She was found to have consumed methamphetamine in her home, exposing her 15-year-old and 7-year-old sons to the drug. Social workers intervened, and hair tests on the children revealed high concentrations of methamphetamine and amphetamine. Prosecutors charged her based on clear evidence of drug exposure to minors.
