TCC held its shareholders' meeting today. While external attention focused on the fact that CTBC Financial Holding major shareholder Koo Chung-liang has increased his stake in TCC to 7.53%, he did not appear. When asked about next year's board election, Chairman Chang An-ping noted that most proposals passed with over 90% approval, suggesting no major challenges. Regarding the election, he simply stated, 'Whoever the shareholders choose, is who it will be.' TCC directors, including Koo Kung-yi and Chang Kang-lun, were present. Spokesperson Yeh Yu-chun noted that proxy voting reached 73%, reflecting shareholder trust. Regarding the fire at the Molicel plant, Chang explained that the company is fully insured for NT$21.9 billion, with a maximum estimated loss of NT$3 billion. He apologized for the incident and noted that Molicel is currently testing a new battery product, with at least three companies interested in investing.
