The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal, finalizing a 7-year prison sentence for Hsu. Over a period of nearly four years, Hsu provided written materials on Air Force exercises and countermeasures against Chinese military aircraft in exchange for payments totaling over 226,000 NTD. Shih Chun-cheng has also been sentenced to 3 years and 2 months in prison for violations of the National Security Act.
