Uber Eats, one of Taiwan's largest delivery platforms, suffered a major system outage on the night of the 22nd. Tablets used by merchants to manage orders were logged out without warning, making it impossible to accept orders. Uber Eats responded by suggesting that merchants log in via the web version to maintain order-taking capabilities. If merchants have forgotten their login details, they are advised to contact the merchant support team. The company stated that teams are working urgently to fix the system.
