In an interview with CNA, Hsing Tai-chao emphasized that his writing prioritizes practicality. Since the 1990s, he has authored numerous books on aviation safety, school legal practices, and investigation guidelines for national security and election fraud cases. These works have been widely used by law enforcement agencies. Hsing noted that while individual case investigations are important, they have limited impact. He advocates for systemic research and analysis to address the root causes of problems, citing the worsening fraud situation as a result of long-term neglect. Looking ahead, Hsing plans to continue focusing on criminal law practice and hopes to contribute to the development of Taiwan's judicial literature and aesthetics.
