Woman Dies After Fall at Taipei 101 Shopping Center

Central News Agency (Taipei) A woman fell at the Taipei 101 shopping center on May 25. Mall staff discovered the incident and notified police and fire departments. When emergency responders arrived, the woman showed no signs of life and was rushed to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. Taipei City Fire Department received the report at 10:49 AM. They were informed that a woman had fallen to the 2nd floor of the Taipei 101 shopping center for unknown reasons. Emergency personnel were dispatched immediately. Preliminary investigations indicate the deceased fell from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor. Mall security staff discovered the incident and called for help.
