NBA All-League Teams Announced: Gilgeous-Alexander and Jokic Unanimous First Team Selections

Central News. The NBA All-League team list has been released. MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and three-time MVP Nikola Jokic were unanimous First Team selections. Victor Wembanyama made his first First Team appearance, while Luka Doncic and Cade Cunningham also made the cut. Oklahoma City Thunder's Gilgeous-Alexander and Denver Nuggets' Jokic both received 100 first-team votes for a perfect 500 points. San Antonio Spurs' Wembanyama received 498 points. Lakers' Doncic received 482 points, and Pistons' Cunningham received 414 points. Both Doncic and Cunningham played 64 games, one short of the 65-game requirement, but were granted eligibility after appeals. The Second Team includes Jaylen Brown, Kawhi Leonard, Donovan Mitchell, Kevin Durant, and Jalen Brunson. Many stars, including LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo, were excluded from the ballot for failing to meet the 65-game requirement.
