COCO VILLA Owners is a new system that allows for villa ownership at an affordable price and also generates income as an asset (patent pending).

COCO VILLA Owners System

Owners can use their villas for up to 120 nights per year (※1) for personal use, and the unused nights are operated as rental villas. The generated income is used to cover running costs, and any surplus is distributed to each owner.

Accommodation uses COCO VILLA Owners' unique 'COCO VILLA Points,' allowing stays not only at owned villas but also at COCO VILLAs nationwide that are not owned.

Furthermore, since ownership is possible, benefits such as tax savings through depreciation, as well as sale (※2) and inheritance, can be obtained.
