Program Details

The conditions and benefits of the friend referral program are as follows:

<For the Referrer>

Eligibility Criteria:

A family member or friend completes account registration on Coin Estate during the program period via the referral URL issued from the user's My Page on Coin Estate.

* Referral URL issuance is only available on the browser version. The app version is not supported.

Reward:

2,000 JPY worth of FJ Points per successful referral

Reward Distribution:

Rewards will be credited to the user's Coin Estate account around the 20th of the month following the achievement date.

Eligibility Criteria:

(1) Complete account registration on Coin Estate during the program period via the referral URL

(2) Purchase a total of 50,000 JPY or more in cryptocurrency from the date of account registration until the end of the following month

* Purchase amount is calculated based on the agreed price at the time of purchase.

Reward:

Up to 3,500 JPY worth of FJ Points

(1) Account registration only: 1,000 JPY worth of FJ Points

(2) Cryptocurrency purchase: 2,500 JPY worth of FJ Points

Reward Distribution:

Rewards will be credited to the user's Coin Estate account around the 20th of the month following the achievement date.

[About FJ Points]

FJ Points are issued by our company and are valid for six months. One FJ Point equals one JPY and can be used to purchase cryptocurrencies available on our cryptocurrency exchange platform "Coin Estate."

[Important Notes]

● No separate registration is required to participate in this program.

● If users navigate away from the page accessed via the referral URL, they will be disqualified from the program.

● You may refer up to 100 people per month. Rewards will not be granted for referrals exceeding this limit.

● The following individuals will not qualify as referees:

- Those who already have an account

- Those whose account registration has been rejected by our company's review

- Those who do not complete account registration within the program period

- Those with a history of account cancellation

- Those who have already canceled or submitted a cancellation request at the time of reward distribution

- Those whose accounts our company determines, for any reason, should be frozen or canceled

- Those residing outside Japan

- Those whom the system cannot identify as eligible for this program

● The following actions may result in disqualification, reward cancellation, or suspension of program or service usage:

- Publicly sharing or distributing the referral URL to an undefined large audience via the internet

- Running listing or affiliate advertisements to promote referrals

- Encouraging account registration by offering incentives (cash, points, prizes, gifts, etc.)

- Encouraging registration from individuals with no intention of using the service solely for reward acquisition

- Any other behavior deemed fraudulent by our company (e.g., impersonation, prank registrations, false information submissions)

● This program may be postponed, modified, or terminated without prior notice.

● We cannot respond to inquiries regarding eligibility for this program.

● Account registration is subject to a review process. Please allow sufficient time from application to completion of review.

● Even if conditions are met, rewards will not be granted in cases of fraudulent activity, violation of terms of service, or if our company deems the behavior inappropriate. Individuals found to be affiliated with anti-social forces will also be disqualified.

● This program cannot be combined with other campaigns.

● For the referred user's achievement condition (2), cryptocurrency purchases made using points are eligible.
