UNLOCK YOUR FUJI ROCK supported by Columbia to be held

On Saturday, June 27, 2026, the outdoor brand Columbia will host "UNLOCK YOUR FUJI ROCK supported by Columbia" at its "COLUMBIA TOKYO FLAGSHIP" store on Meiji-dori in Harajuku, in collaboration with the radio station J-WAVE, marking its return following the inaugural event in 2025.

This one-day "Talk, Live & DJ Festival" is co-hosted by Columbia, the official supporter of Fuji Rock; J-WAVE 81.3FM, the official media partner; and Festival Life, a media outlet specialized in music festivals. This year’s theme is "heat," a major challenge for summer festivals. The event will feature acoustic live performances by artists who have performed at Fuji Rock, talk sessions by devoted festival fans, and behind-the-scenes talks by employees from SMASH, the organizer.

The entire "COLUMBIA TOKYO FLAGSHIP" store will be decorated for Fuji Rock, utilizing both floors as the venue. By setting up talk and live stages on both floors and adding a new DJ stage, the event proposes a way for attendees to enjoy moving between multiple stages, much like the actual festival. In addition, the store's product selection will focus on "items that thrive at Fuji Rock," featuring goods equipped with Columbia's proprietary "Omni-Freeze Zero" cooling technology to propose a comfortable summer outdoor experience. Staff will be available on the day to assist visitors with equipment concerns.

Furthermore, visitors who make a purchase on the day will receive a limited-edition item as a gift. Admission is free.

This is the final pre-event before Fuji Rock, supporting both physical gear preparation and emotional excitement through music and talks.

Also, a Columbia-sponsored segment titled "KEEP YOUR FUJI ROCK supported by Columbia" will air on J-WAVE's evening program "GRAND MARQUEE" every Wednesday at approximately 6:10 PM during July. Highlights of the talk stages will air on July 1 (Wed), 8 (Wed), and 15 (Wed), with the full versions available via the Festival Life podcast, "Festival Life Radio."
