CommerceX Holdings Officially Opens Tokyo and Fukuoka Branches Due to Business Expansion

CommerceX Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Suita, Osaka, CEO: Shuhei Sato, hereinafter 'CommerceX HD'), guided by the vision 'Creating the new standard for commerce', is pleased to announce the official opening of its Tokyo Branch (Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo) and Fukuoka Branch (Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka) as of April 1, 2026.

In addition to the headquarters in Suita, Osaka, transitioning to a three-base system nationwide with Tokyo and Fukuoka will strengthen the support structure for retail and EC businesses across the country, and actively promote group-wide recruitment activities at each base.

■ Background and Purpose of the Opening Guided by the vision 'Creating the new standard for commerce', CommerceX HD provides the cloud-based core system 'RECORE' to over 450 companies, supporting the democratization of omnichannel/OMO and retail DX. Through its group company 'Sobani Inc.', it possesses a track record of supporting over 1,000 EC/Amazon businesses cumulatively and has executed over 9 M&A deals.

Backed by this growth, we decided to open two branches simultaneously for the following purposes: - To strengthen the support system for retail and EC businesses in the Tokyo metropolitan area and Kanto region, providing closely localized consulting. - To accelerate business development in the Kyushu and Western Japan areas, functioning as a hub for promoting regional retail DX. - To promote organizational expansion across the group by positioning both Tokyo and Fukuoka branches as core recruitment hubs.
