Gift Shop YELL's June 2026 Activity Report

Located a 2-minute walk from Gotanda Station, the gift shop "YELL" celebrated its 4th anniversary on June 17, 2026.

With the concept "YELL For ALL ~Cheering for Everyone~," our shop has aimed to be a place that supports everyone involved, including ourselves when we're working hard, our family, friends, loved ones, and the producers. June, marking our 4th anniversary, was a month of fresh restarts for the coming year, filled with expressing our daily gratitude, new initiatives, various collaborative events, and active participation in markets.

"SKIN CARE EVENT" Held to Directly Connect Producers' Sentiments with Customers

On June 13, we held a collaborative skincare event with "AYUN Shoten" and "la charm." Through touch-up experiences with both brands, customers had the opportunity to directly learn about product usage, textures, and scents. Many participants were captivated by unique experiences such as Ayurvedic type diagnosis by AYUN Shoten, which are not easily accessible otherwise. Furthermore, a dialogue session with the manufacturers was conducted. By hearing directly about their passion for products and development stories, which could only be heard there, many customers made purchases on the spot, making it an event that deeply conveyed the charm of the products.

First Expansion into Osaka! Participation in "Tsunagarushibu Osaka Summer Battle"

On June 14, we participated for the first time in "Tsunagarushibu Osaka Summer Battle," an event themed around "food education." Although it was a start in a new place with few acquaintances, the venue was very welcoming, and many people showed interest in YELL's carefully selected "food" items. True to the event's name, which combines "tsunagaru" (to connect) and "inclusive," deep connections were formed with wonderful staff and customers, allowing us to deliver YELL's products to the people of Osaka. As a follow-up, we've seen an increase in customers who purchased products at the Osaka event and later visited our Gotanda store during their business trips to Tokyo, leading to repeat purchases and sales of new items.

Collaboration with the Community: Birth of "YELL Bento (Salad Bowl)"

Starting on our 4th anniversary, June 17, we launched a collaborative product, "YELL Bento (Salad Bowl)," with the soup shop "TapTap." This dish is packed with plenty of vegetables and quinoa, making it perfect for those who are mindful of health and nutritional balance. We are grateful to have shaped a wonderful product together with a local store on our significant 4th anniversary.

"Osaki Marche" Where We Felt Deepened Bonds, Overcoming Bad Weather

On June 20, we participated in the Osaki Marche, an event we regularly support. Although it rained on and off for most of the day, many people stopped by and picked up our products. Furthermore, someone with whom YELL had previously collaborated on an event came to support us, reaffirming the warm, ongoing bonds that extend beyond one-time relationships.

Achievements and Expansion into the Community

4th Anniversary Gratitude Campaign: From June 15 to June 30, we ran a campaign offering a gift of some of our popular products to customers who spent ¥3,900 or more. Customers expressed their joy with smiles, saying, "It was a chance to try products I hadn't tried before, and I discovered a new item!"

Becoming a Necessary Shop in Gotanda: In June, we saw an increase not only in store visits from online searches but also in customers referred by neighboring businesses, making us feel that we are becoming a "necessary shop in Gotanda." Additionally, on our anniversary, June 17, we received many flowers from local residents and customers, filling our entire staff with gratitude.

We were able to reach our 4th anniversary thanks to our customers who love our shop and the manufacturers who provide wonderful products. Thank you very much. June was a series of new challenges, but each time we saw customers smile at our events and felt the passionate sentiments of our producers, we strongly recognized the significance of our shop as a "place of support (YELL)" that we aim to be. We will continue to strive daily as a bridge connecting everyone and our manufacturers.

"YELL," having celebrated its 4th anniversary, will continue to challenge new initiatives without staying stagnant. We aim to operate our store as a warm space where everyone can send cheers to each other, connecting those who work hard every day with producers and manufacturers who create wonderful products with dedication. While staying close to the Gotanda community, we will provide excitement that serves as an opportunity for everyone to "look forward to tomorrow," so please look forward to the future of "YELL."
