In recent years, rising concerns about heatstroke risks due to extreme summer temperatures have heightened public awareness of outdoor sports conditions.

At the same time, the desire to enjoy golf during summer remains strong, renewing attention on the value of indoor golf, which offers a comfortable playing environment regardless of weather.

To promote a new golf lifestyle that allows players to comfortably complete 18 holes even during heatwaves, GOLFZON Japan is launching this event to encourage greater use of indoor golf facilities in summer.

① 'Beat The Open' – Challenge the Open Championship Course

This event features Royal Birkdale Golf Club, the venue of The Open Championship 2026 held in July 2026, allowing participants to experience the world's most prestigious golf stage indoors, just as professional players do.

Participants will play 18 holes and aim to beat the designated cut-line score. Those who succeed will be entered into a lottery for premium prizes.

Additionally, ranking awards based on the New Peoria system will be offered.
