Hitachi Superheated Steam Oven Range "Healthy Chef" MRO-W1E Frost White (W) / Frost Black (K)

Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Hitachi GLS) will launch the "Healthy Chef" MRO-W1E superheated steam oven range in early August, featuring a new "Multiple Simultaneous Heating" (*1) function that allows up to 4 items with different temperatures to be heated simultaneously.

The "Multiple Simultaneous Heating" function adopted in this product supports combinations of frozen, refrigerated, and room-temperature items, allowing up to 4 items with different temperatures, such as frozen rice, refrigerated side dishes, and room-temperature soup, to be heated together. This function is realized by combining "W (Double) Scan" with newly developed microwave control. First, the heating time is calculated by measuring the weight and surface temperature of the food (*2) using "W Scan." Next, the oven interior is divided into 4 zones, and the重点加熱エリア (area requiring focused heating) (*3) is identified based on the temperature change of the food. Furthermore, by rotating the microwave control antenna back and forth in the重点加熱エリア, foods with different temperatures are heated to their respective optimal temperatures (*4). With 4 items heated simultaneously, meals for two people can be prepared at once, making meal preparation easy even on busy days.

In addition, "My Home Soup" has been newly added to "My Home Arranged Dishes," which allows for easy automatic cooking (*5) with your favorite ingredients at home. In addition to simmered dishes, pasta, soup, curry, and stew can also be easily prepared with your favorite ingredients.

In addition, the "Quattro Heating" function, which automatically controls four types of heating (microwave, oven, superheated steam, and grill), enables "Hot Air Flavor Baking" that locks in flavor and bakes to a crispy, juicy finish, and "310°C (*6) Hot Air Convection Oven 2-Tier" that bakes to a crisp with high heat and automatic control. It also continues to feature "Easy Maintenance" for easy cleaning of the oven interior after cooking, and integration with the "Healthy Chef App" (*7), which suggests recommended recipes daily based on your preferred cooking styles.
