ITANDI Rental Management Integrates Data with GMO Rental DX

ITANDI, a company dedicated to streamlining real estate transactions through technology, has announced a data integration between its 'ITANDI Rental Management' core system and 'GMO Rental DX,' a DX SaaS brand for property management companies provided by GMO ReTech, part of the GMO Internet Group. The feature release is scheduled for July 2025.

Through this integration, customer, contract, and financial data managed in the ITANDI system can be directly synced to GMO Rental DX. This eliminates the need for property management companies to perform manual data exports, processing, and re-imports. For instance, financial reports from ITANDI can be submitted to property owners online, significantly streamlining traditional reporting tasks. This allows management firms to ensure accuracy while focusing on high-value activities such as property value enhancement and relationship building.

In February 2025, ITANDI formulated a technology strategy aimed at becoming 'real estate infrastructure for everyone,' and this partnership is part of its initiative to promote openness in the real estate industry.
