This initiative will realize a seamless real estate transaction from property search to viewing reservations, applications, and contract conclusion through the integration of Haseko Live Net's new service "HALO! Link" and "ITANDI Chintai Kanri".

Haseko Live Net has been promoting DX in rental property management since 2021 by starting viewing reservations and resident applications through the Company's "ITANDI Chintai Kanri". Currently, digital utilization is firmly established at a high level, with the web resident application rate reaching approximately 90%. Now, the company is set to accelerate DX in contract operations as well.

From July 2026, Haseko Live Net will begin digitizing leasing contracts by integrating "HALO! Link," a new service to support the operational efficiency of brokerage companies, with "ITANDI Chintai Kanri." By linking with resident application information, it will eliminate the need for duplicate entry of various contract information and mailing of contracts, thereby reducing the effort for prospective residents and enabling the conclusion of leasing contracts on the same day as the screening is completed. Contracted document data will be automatically linked to Haseko Live Net's core system via API. This will reduce administrative tasks such as data transcription after contract conclusion and realize a seamless real estate transaction from property search to viewing reservations, applications, and contract conclusion. Furthermore, the scope of electronic contracts will include parking rental agreements in addition to residential rental properties. Initially, the service will be rolled out sequentially for properties where owner consent has been obtained, with plans to gradually expand the scope of application in the future.
