### Comments from Representatives
**Kaho Tada, CEO of Oshicoco Inc.** 'Oshi-katsu is not just a hobby; it leads to self-growth. For example, I have been supporting Thai actors for years, and to deepen my understanding of them and their work, I learned Thai and English, and studied Thai history and Buddhism. The point here is that I didn't set out to use Oshi-katsu for self-improvement; rather, I realized I had acquired various skills and knowledge through the process. For working professionals, many utilize these skills in their jobs, significantly impacting their motivation.'
**Takashi Okita, President and CEO of Nudge Inc.** 'Nudge supports the passions of young people through our next-gen credit card, 'Nudge,' and operates 'Nudge Research' to gather user feedback. This joint survey with Oshicoco highlights that Oshi-katsu contributes significantly to skill-building and career formation. Our survey of Generation Z revealed that about 86% recognize skill acquisition through Oshi-katsu, with some even considering highlighting it in job hunting.'
