RAKSUL Inc. conducted a survey of 300 SME managers. The results revealed that 52.3% of managers lack sufficient time for strategic planning. The primary causes are constant intervention in daily field operations and a heavy burden of administrative tasks. Consequently, 67% of managers have postponed aggressive strategies like new business development or investments. The study suggests that appointing dedicated personnel is key to freeing up managers' time for corporate growth.
