SALESCORE Appoints Motoki Kasahara as New CPO

SALESCORE Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takahito Nakauchi), driven by the vision of "making the joy of achievement the standard," is pleased to announce that Motoki Kasahara has been appointed as CPO (Chief Product Officer) as of May 1, 2026. This appointment aims to accelerate the development of AI products that resolve the lack of replicability in sales organizations and elevate the company's business capabilities by vertically integrating consulting, SaaS, and AI.

Under the vision of "making the joy of achievement the standard," the company provides hands-on consulting and sales enablement SaaS that realizes organizational cultural transformation through mechanisms and technology. To further strengthen product strategy centered on AI and accelerate the creation of new AI product groups, Motoki Kasahara has been appointed CPO.

Kasahara joined the company in May 2023 as Head of Development. With a career background encompassing BizDev, new business creation, product management, and development management, he led the conceptualization and development of the AI platform "Value Intelligence." In his new role as CPO, he will oversee the entire product strategy centered on the AI domain and be responsible for creating AI products that implement technology into every task within sales organizations.

Profile: CPO Motoki Kasahara After engaging in business planning and data infrastructure construction at Recruit Co., Ltd., he was responsible for product management and new business launch at PLAID, Inc. He joined SALESCORE Inc. in May 2023 as Head of Development and led the conceptualization and development of the AI platform "Value Intelligence." He was appointed CPO on May 1, 2026.
