Saitama Prefecture's 40th Short Stay Facility, 'Ichinowari Short Stay Soyokaze,' to Open on August 1

SOYOKAZE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kiyohiko Nakagawa; hereinafter "the Company"), which operates elderly care services nationwide, primarily under the "Soyokaze" brand, will open the short-stay facility for daily life support, "Ichinowari Short Stay Soyokaze" (hereinafter "this facility"), in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture on August 1, 2026.

This facility will be the 75th facility in Saitama Prefecture and the 40th short-stay facility. Leveraging the knowledge gained from our No. 1 track record in short-stay operations (※1), we aim to evolve short-stay services, which often carry the image of simply being "looked after," into an experience that makes users want to "visit again."

While short stay is an important service that supports home-based care, it can be difficult for individuals to view the service positively, as it is often perceived as a place where they are "left."

Therefore, Ichinowari Short Stay Soyokaze adopts the concept of "Short Stay, Like a Journey," offering an experience akin to a "short trip" to enjoy non-everyday time, rather than an extension of daily life. This provides guests with an opportunity to refresh themselves and their families with an environment they can trust. We aim to create a short-stay experience that becomes enjoyable in itself, making guests want to "come back again."

1. Three Themed Spaces for a "Journey-Like" Stay

The interior is designed with three themes: American, Asian, and European. Each area features unique furniture, wallpaper, and decorations, allowing guests to enjoy different atmospheres on each floor.

2. Short Stay Available Without Bringing Anything

We offer a complimentary "hands-free set" including clothing, towels, and toothbrushes. This reduces the hassle of preparing luggage and laundry, creating an environment that is easy to use even for sudden stays.

3. An Experience of "Food," the Joy of Travel

Meals are prepared fresh daily in our in-house kitchen, with menus devised by our company's registered dietitians. Through event meals utilizing seasonal ingredients and local gourmet plans, we offer an experience similar to enjoying food while traveling.

Additionally, take-out bento boxes, "Meal @ Home," are available upon departure, helping to reduce the burden after returning home.

Prior to the opening, this facility will host an open house and experience sessions.

- Short Stay Experience Session: July 16 (Thu) & 17 (Fri)

The experience session will allow you to experience "Short Stay, Like a Journey" through an actual stay, including transportation, functional training, bathing, meals, and recreation.
