In the year 300X, Earth was ruled by the Margarita Empire.

The Emperor of the Margarita Empire, Tsuru Tsuru Rina IV, as a symbol of his power,

launched a "hair hunt" by the Hair Hunt Corps throughout the world to make all humanity bald.

"Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" is a legendary absurd gag battle manga by Yoshio Sawai, serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from 2001 to 2007. The cumulative circulation of all 28 volumes exceeds 7 million copies. The anime was broadcast for two years on TV Asahi from 2003.
