This time, we will open up to the market and begin general sales of land that we have carefully selected and acquired for such development. The target properties are those that meet UMITO's unique standards, chosen from the perspectives of location, scenery, and future potential.

In addition to selling land plots alone, we will also provide architect assignment and design support to those who wish, offering consistent support from land acquisition to construction.
